Communicating knowledge effectively
Knowledge is most effective when it is conveyed in a practical way. As a lecturer – including at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) – I teach content from business psychology, leadership and behavioral change in such a way that it can be applied immediately in practice.
My courses (also for companies) are about generating enthusiasm and providing concrete tools. Typical topics are
- Understanding and managing behavioral change
- Social marketing as a tool for sustainable change
- Psychological foundations for healthy leadership and organization
Tip: Transfer new knowledge immediately to your own practice. After each course or seminar section, write down an idea that you want to try out immediately in your everyday life.
In this way, learning is not just theoretical, but becomes a real development step – for individuals, teams and entire organizations.
