Healthy leadership

Leadership means responsibility - for people, their health and joint performance. I support managers in acting sensitively and clearly at the same time, especially when dealing with employees who are coping with health challenges. In workshops or individual consultations, I teach practical leadership strategies that combine empathy and a focus on performance and thus contribute to a healthy corporate culture.

Strong teams and resilience

Teams are under more pressure today than ever before - change, uncertainty and high levels of stress are part of everyday life. In my workshops and consultations, teams learn how to strengthen cohesion, build stability and develop resilience. Using methods from business psychology, I promote trust, openness and psychological security so that teams remain capable of acting even in difficult situations and grow together.

Your event or workshop

Whether it's a corporate event, internal workshop or topic-specific meeting - I offer clear and professional moderation. As a neutral moderator and facilitator, I shape the process, create structure and dynamics and enable all participants to contribute their resources. This results in constructive discussions, sustainable results and tangible collaboration.

Your course

Imparting knowledge, arousing enthusiasm and initiating change - these are the focal points of my teaching. As a lecturer, including at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), I teach topics such as behavioral change in the field of social marketing. My teaching combines scientific findings with practical methods and makes complex content directly applicable.

I am a business psychologist and support people and organizations in sustainably strengthening mental health and resilience. I combine psychological expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and show how managers can promote psychological health, offer effective support and communicate clearly and empathetically. This creates a culture that is both health-conscious and entrepreneurially successful.
