Collaboration between teams and managers is therefore not just about content, but also about the communication in between. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What happens in conflict situations in the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Teams or managers often get bogged down in discussions about tasks, responsibilities or emotions. In doing so, they lose sight of the actual needs that would be crucial for a solution &#8211; such as security, appreciation or clarity. This is exactly where my work comes in: We analyze typical conflict patterns and replace them with constructive discussion techniques that lead to a dialogue at eye level.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Proven methods according to Bodenmann:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SaGeBe method:<\/strong> facts &#8211; feelings &#8211; needs. Clearly naming problems, classifying emotions and making the underlying needs visible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SENF method:<\/strong> Stop &#8211; Relax &#8211; Reflect &#8211; Formulate. Pause for a moment before stress leads to rash reactions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Targeted self-opening:<\/strong> Communicate yourself clearly, honestly and empathetically &#8211; to avoid misunderstandings and build trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Goals in the cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It is not about convincing or &#8220;being right&#8221;, but about understanding each other, accepting differences and developing joint solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What stronger communication can do for a company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarity about one&#8217;s own and shared needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New ways to address difficult topics constructively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breaking the negative spiral through new perspectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mindful handling of stress and emotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More trust, motivation and cooperation in the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Communication is the basis for healthy working relationships &#8211; and therefore for sustainable economic success.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strengthen Communication &amp; Resolve Conflicts Misunderstandings, tensions and escalations in organizations rarely arise from the actual subject matter &#8211; but mostly from the way in which it is discussed.
